I would like to find out more about my great-great grandfather, Elias SHUCK.  He was born December 26, 1827 in Lewisburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.  He married Sarah Ann MOORED on September 16, 1849 in Hancock County, Ohio.  They had the following children:  Amanda Jane, b. 1851 in Ohio, William P., b. September 3, 1853 in Ohio, Benjamin Franklin b. January 1854 Ohio, John W., b. 1855 in Hancock County, Lizzie M., b. 1856, Julia Ann, May 29, 1857 in Hancock County, George R., born and died in 1862, Floretta, b. 1863 in Ohio and Alexander born and died in 1867 in Michigan.   Amanda was my great-grandmother on my mother's side and Benjamin was my great-grandfather on my dad's side. Benjamin married Margaret E. GORDON, daughter of William Henry GORDON and Martha C. CARVER.  Seven of William's siblings were born in Amanda Township, Hancock County.  William and his five older brothers and sisters were born in Bloom Township, Fairfield County, Ohio.  William's parents were Samuel GORDON and Polly GEORGE.  Polly's parents, Johan Henry GEORGE and Cathren WEISS are buried at the Lee Cemetery, Amanda Township.    Thank you.

HISE in Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, California** Seeking information on John Rex HISE, usually called Rex HISE bron 11/2/1891 in Iowa, wife not known.  Parents were Henry  HISE and Irene JONES.  Known to have lived in Chicago, Illlinois around 1912.  Have seen him mentioned as a "mechanic?   It is believed sometime thereafter he lived in California.  He died in Findlay, Hancock Co., Ohio in 1968 married to Cozy ROMICK HISE. Siblings?  Children?  Anything? Thanks for any help.

Looking for information on Samuel TREECE and Henry TREECE who bought land in Hancock county in 1832.  They are possibly my great grandfather.  My grandfather was Wesley Roy TREECE born April 6, 1876. He was from a large family, but I do not know anyone in Ohio anymore.  Thanks for your help.

KIMMEL, SPEARS** Christopher KIMMEL, wife Phebe SPEARS, and children lived in Hancock County, Washington township just before moving to Michigan around 1851. Phebe (b.1812-1815) and kids were born in Ohio, but Christopher was born in PA around 1807-1810 according to the 1850 Census. Phebe SPEARS married Christopher possibly in 1837 in Washington County, OH, but I have no further info on her.  Christopher Previously lived in Crawford County. If anyone has any additional info on them or their ancestors, Please Help.

MALES: Looking for parents of Catherine MALES. Catherine married William FOX in Hancock Co, Ohio in Sept 1839. Her parents may have been Andrew and Mary Ann MALES. Andrew died in March 1837 and is buried in Arcadia Cemetery. Mary Ann married Cyrus SHUCK. Thank you.

HIPSHER Samuel: Found in Van Wet County in 1850. Married to a girl with the name of Sarah Duncan. Family moved and ended up in Mills County, Iowa. I am looking for anyone who might be doing research on the surname of Hipsher there in Ohio in the time frame of 1819 forward. Thank you so very much.

HALSEY, BENNER Collis Church Halsey (b)18Dec1857 (d) 1935 Married Francellia Benner 29Jan1882. Both are buried in Hassen Cemetery, Hancock Co. This is where I get lost. Apparently both were orphaned. Maybe Francellia stayed with Litzenberger? Fancellia Benner was born in Hancock Co. Maybe Collis was born in Seneca. Would appreciate any help.
